Role
As a Product Owner – HR, you will help build a modern, intuitive, and data-driven HR ecosystem that supports nearly 2,000 colleagues across the company. This is a mid-level position (2–4 years of relevant experience) for someone eager to take ownership, expand their impact, and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors. You will play a key role in digitalizing the entire HR value chain — from onboarding to performance processes, talent development, Core HR, and more.
- Responsible for the roadmap
- Collaborate closely with HR to set priorities, clarify requirements, and improve end-to-end HR processes
- Create epics, user stories, and functional designs that are clear, structured, and aligned with architecture and security standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations across HR, Finance, Risk, and IT
